By day, the 20th Century Boys work in politics, media, law and technology. By night they play music and have raised thousands for local charities.
The 20th Century Boys is an Ottawa-based band playing everything from R&B to funk, rock ’n roll and jazz rock - they play all the classics that make you dance!
The band has held 20 annual Christmas concerts with proceeds going toward local charities. This year’s fundraising event is their 21st annual Christmas show, and PAL Ottawa is lucky to be this year’s recipient. The concert will be held at The Rainbow on December 14, 2023. Previous recipients from the band's Christmas concerts include the Ottawa Cancer Society, the Ottawa Food Bank, Shine Community Music Program, and more.
Not only does 20th Century Boys have a rich history in fundraising, but the band has also entertained crowds at various events including the 2016 Movie Nights Across Canada held at the National Arts Centre.
PAL Ottawa would like to thank 20th Century Boys for lending their passion and skills for music toward uplifting senior artists and arts workers in their communities.
