Membership
We believe strongly in collective support.
Our strength lies in extending a helping hand to those who need assistance.
Your modest annual fee supports PAL Ottawa in the provision of personal support services to senior arts professionals.
Individual Membership
Our membership has strong representation from the professional arts community in the National Capital Region, however membership is not restricted to those working professionally in the arts. We also have strong support from others who both appreciate and benefit from a strong, vibrant arts scene in their community.

- A vote in-person or by proxy at the Annual Members’ Meeting
- Nominate candidates for Board of Committee positions
- Serve on a Board Committee or an Advisory Group
- Receive PAL Ottawa’s monthly newsletter and other E-news
- Receive invitation to PAL Ottawa events at preferred member rates
Fees
$25 per year
Organizational Membership
Available to unions, arts associations, performing arts companies, galleries, artist collectives, venues, and other (non-arts-specific) organizations that serve the arts community. Annual fees are calculated on a sliding scale based on an organization’s annual operating budget.

Includes all individual membership benefits PLUS
- Logo recognition on the PAL Ottawa website, with a link to your organization
- Logo recognition in our newsletter, and the opportunity to be profiled
- Cross promotional opportunities for each organization
Fees
Yearly fees are calculated on a sliding scale based on budget:
$50 (budget under $100,000)
$100 (budget of $100,000-$1 million)
$150 (budget over $1million)
